No, and we add no markup to messaging. Our plan price is for the chatbot platform only. WhatsApp conversation charges are Meta's own and are paid directly to Meta from your WhatsApp Business Account at Meta's published rates, so nothing per message passes through us and there is no margin for us to add.
Meta, directly. You keep your own WhatsApp Business Account with your own payment method on it, and Meta bills you for conversations at their published rates. You pay DV Connect only the platform plan on this page. It also means the account stays yours: if you ever leave us, the number and its history go with you.
It depends on the category - marketing, utility, authentication or service - and on the country the customer is in, and Meta revises the rates from time to time. Because you are billed by Meta and not by us, you always pay whatever Meta's published rate is on the day. We will walk you through the current India rates for your use case before you commit.
The packages do not include Meta number or account setup by default. If you want DV Connect to handle setup, a one-time setup charge can apply per number.

The template is approved by Meta once, usually within minutes to a few hours, and then reused for every campaign. Recipients must have opted in to hear from you, which is what keeps delivery high and the number healthy.
Meta sets the daily limit per number, not us. New numbers start at 1,000 unique customers a day and move up through 10,000 and 100,000 to unlimited as your number builds a good quality rating. Sending to people who want your messages raises the tier; complaints and blocks lower it. There is no limit from our side.
The system uses official Meta Cloud API. Compliance is strong, but spam or policy violations can still affect number quality.
