Contact centres, multi branch operations and teams that need more agents, more DID numbers or a specific numbering series get a custom IVR built on what you actually run, quoted per requirement rather than per plan.
Anything inside the published plans above is already covered — you do not need a custom quote for it.
Every plan includes one DID number free. Prices exclude GST.

What comes with a DV Connect IVR
Why Choose DV Connect for IVR?
One number your whole business answers
A missed call is a lost customer, and a busy tone is worse. An IVR answers every incoming call immediately with your greeting, offers a keypad menu, and routes the caller to sales, support, accounts or a specific agent. Calls reach your team on their ordinary mobile phones, so no hardware and no office wiring is involved.
Everything is logged. You can see who called, which option they chose, who answered, how long it lasted and what was said, and you get an alert the moment a call goes unanswered so it can be returned before the customer calls a competitor.
What Our Clients Say About Our Messaging Service
Feedback from clinics, retailers and service businesses
Appointment, reports and emergency calls all route separately now. Reception is no longer the bottleneck.
Our field team is reachable on one published number without giving out personal mobiles.
Call recordings settled a customer dispute in minutes. That alone paid for the year.
Missed call alerts mean we call people back the same hour. It has changed how our sales team works.

An IVR answers every call to your business number with a recorded greeting and a keypad menu, then routes the caller to the right person or department. Nobody hears an engaged tone, calls reach the right team first time, and every conversation is logged.
You can take a new virtual number from us, or point an existing number at the IVR. Toll free and standard virtual numbers are both available.
A valid business proof - your GST certificate, MSME registration or company registration certificate. A DID number is allotted against a verified business rather than an individual, so the proof is needed before the number can be issued.
No. An IVR is an inbound system: it answers people who call you. It must not be used for promotional campaigns, telemarketing or cold calling lists, and doing so is a breach of the IVR agreement. TRAI treats a promotional call placed from an ordinary number as unsolicited commercial communication, which puts the number and your account at risk of being blocked, and any penalty is recovered from the account holder. Promotional voice campaigns are dialled from a 1400 series number under our Bulk Voice service, which is built and registered for exactly that purpose.
Yes, for business conversations. Agents can dial out from the panel or the mobile app, and the API supports outgoing calls, so a customer who left a query can be called back on the same number they know. That is returning and continuing conversations with people who contacted you or already deal with you, not campaign dialling.
Yes. Agents receive calls on their normal mobiles, so nobody needs a desk phone, a headset or an office. Routing rules decide who rings first.
You set the working hours. Outside them the IVR plays an after-hours greeting, offers voicemail, or forwards to an on-call number of your choosing.
Yes. Every call is recorded and stored against the caller number, so recordings can be reviewed for training, quality or dispute resolution.
The call rolls to the next agent in the routing order, and if nobody picks up, a missed call alert is sent by SMS, email or webhook so it can be returned.
Yes. Call events can be pushed to a webhook, so calls, recordings and outcomes can be written into your CRM or helpdesk automatically.
Multi level menus are supported, so a main menu can branch into sub-menus for departments, languages or product lines.
Yes. The plans on this page are priced by agent seats and billing cycle, with one DID number included. Larger or custom deployments are quoted separately by our sales team.
Once the number and greetings are confirmed, a standard IVR is usually live within two to three working days.
The number is held for as long as the subscription is active. If it lapses it is returned to the operator pool after the grace period and can be reallotted to another business, and numbers are not portable between operators. Renewing before expiry is the only way to be sure of keeping the same number.
What Is An IVR System?
An IVR, or Interactive Voice Response, is the automated menu a caller hears when they dial your business number. It greets them, offers a list of options, and connects them to the right person based on the key they press, without anyone having to answer and transfer the call manually.
One number can then serve a whole company. Sales, support and accounts each sit behind their own option, calls route to whoever is available, and office hours rules decide what happens outside working time. Every conversation can be recorded, so a disputed call can be checked later.
For most businesses the value is in the calls that would otherwise be missed. A caller who reaches a menu at nine in the evening is a caller you can still convert, where an unanswered ring is simply lost.
