Why Choose DV Connect for Rich RCS?
Your brand in the inbox your customers already read, without asking them to install anything
RCS puts your logo, your brand name and a verified tick on a message that lands in the native Android Messages app, next to the OTPs and bank alerts your customer already opens. There is no app to download, no opt-in to an extra platform and no per conversation charge, which is what makes it the strongest upgrade available to an SMS programme.
You get a rich card instead of 160 characters: an image or product carousel, a headline, body text and up to three buttons that call you, open a page or reply. And because delivery falls back to SMS automatically, your reach does not shrink while the ecosystem catches up.
What Our Clients Say About Our Messaging Service
Customer feedback from businesses, agencies and technical teams using DV Connect
Our offers land with the company logo and a verified tick now. Customers treat them as genuine instead of deleting them unread.
The carousel is what sold us. We put four products in one message and let people tap straight through to the one they want.
SMS fallback meant we could switch without losing anyone on older handsets. That made the decision easy.
Brand verification was handled end to end by the team. We supplied our GST certificate and the logo, nothing else.

Frequently Asked Questions
Rich RCS delivery, brand verification, onboarding, fallback and pricing
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the successor to SMS, built into the Android Messages app. Instead of 160 plain characters it carries your logo, brand name, a verified tick, images, carousels and tappable buttons, with no app for the customer to install.
An SMS shows a six character sender header and plain text. Rich RCS shows your verified brand name and logo, supports images, product carousels and action buttons, and reports back delivered and read receipts rather than just delivered.
The message falls back to SMS automatically. Nobody is missed: RCS capable handsets get the rich version, everyone else gets the plain text version.
Three things: a website on your own brand domain, an email address on that domain, and a business proof such as your GST certificate or MSME registration. Your brand and RCS sender are then verified by the carrier and Google, which is what produces the verified tick. DLT registration is not required for RCS.
Your brand is submitted to the carrier and to Google for verification, along with your logo, brand colour, website and contact details. We handle the submission; approval rests with them and typically takes a few working days.
Most modern Android handsets running Google Messages on the major Indian carriers. iPhones have been adding RCS support since iOS 18. Anything outside that receives the SMS fallback.
Yes. RCS is a two way channel, so replies and button taps come back to you and can be routed to your team or a chatbot.
No. Rich RCS credits stay in your account until they are used, and buying another pack tops up the same account.
Yes. A single rich card can carry an image, a heading, body text and up to three action buttons such as Call, Open Website or Quick Reply.
Per message delivered, using the credits you buy below. Billing is delivery based, so a message that is not delivered costs you nothing - you pay only for messages that actually reached a handset. A message that falls back to SMS is charged at the SMS rate rather than the RCS rate.
What Is RCS Messaging?
RCS, or Rich Communication Services, is the successor to SMS built into the Android Messages app. Instead of a six character sender ID and 160 plain characters, a message arrives under your verified brand name and logo with a blue tick, and can carry an image, a product carousel, body text and tappable buttons.
Launching an RCS sender is a brand verification rather than a template registration. The carrier and Google verify that the brand is genuinely yours, and that check is what earns the verified tick your customers see. No DLT entity, header or template approval is involved.
Not every handset or network can receive RCS. Where it cannot, the message falls back to SMS automatically and is charged at the SMS rate, so a campaign still reaches the whole list.
